Recently, the Packaging Application Platform of the Institute of Semiconductors of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences has cooperated with the relevant teams of the Resource Utilization and Rare Earth Development Institute of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences and Sun Yat-sen University. Based on the luminescent properties of Ca8ZnLu(PO4)7, Ca8ZnTb(PO4)7: Eu3+ color tunable luminescent material was designed and prepared.

The research results show that by changing the ratio of Tb3+ and Eu3+ doping, the light color can be precisely adjusted from green to red. Assembling Ca8ZnTb(PO4)7:0.2Eu3+ yellow phosphor and BAM: Eu2+ commercial blue powder with excellent thermal stability and color stability into a 370 nm near-ultraviolet chip, a warm white LED with Ra = 81.3 and CCT = 2634 K can be obtained The device reveals that the material has potential application value in the field of white LEDs excited by near-ultraviolet chips.
